Abstract
Цел на настоящото изследване е да се изпитат три различни схеми за синхронизиране на еструса чрез двукратно третиране (през 9, 10 и 11 дни) със синтетичен аналог на Простагландин F2a на овце от породата Ил дьо Франс. Експериментът е проведен с 28 овце на възраст 2-5 години, разделени в 3 опитни групи в зависимост от инервала на двукратно третиране. На 48-ия час след втората инжекция при опитните групи бе вкаран коч-пробник и овцете с клинично проявен еструс бяха региситрани. На 49-ия час всяка овца бе осемена еднократно, естествено с коч. Проследени са показателите, синхронност на еструса, заплодяемост и плодовитост. И трите приложени схеми са успешни за предизвикване на синхоронен еструс. Най - високи стойности на получените резултати са при групата с интервал на третиране през 10 дни - 80% синхронен еструс, 62.5 % заплодяемост и 200% биологична плодовитост.
The aim of the present study was to evaluate three protocols of estrus synchronization of Ile de France ewes by use of synthetic analogue of PGF2a applied twice in two separated treatments, which differed by the time interval (9.10 or 11 days apart). The study was carried out with 28 pure bred ewes (aged 2-55 years) divided into 3 groups according to the interval of treatment. On the 48 hour after the second treatment teasers were introduced to ewes and those in a heat were registered. On the 49 hour ewes in a heat were mated naturally. The following parameters were studied: effect of estrus synchronization, fertility and fecundity). Results showed that the three protocols induced successful estrus synchronization. The highest values of the studied parameters were registered in the group with 10 days interval protocol - 80% estrus synchronization, 62.5 % fertility и 200% fecundity.
