MICRO- AND MACRO- ELEMENTS OF WATER EXTRACTS FROM BEES

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the content of micro- and macro- elements in water extracts from bees. It was established that bee water extracts contain a wide range of biologically active substances, including mineral elements necessary for the normal functioning of the human body. The study showed that the concentration of the studied elements depends on the method of preparation of the extract and the type of raw material used. The results indicate the possibility of using water extracts from bees as a source of essential mineral elements for functional nutrition and medicine.
